What Am I Feeling

What am I feeling?

What is it that I want?

What is it I feel, about what I want?

These exercises will give you some new insight into what is really going on with you when:

You hit the drive through.
Stop at the gas station and run in for goody.

Breeze into StarBucks grab that cup of Jo and a snack.

Home raiding the refrigerator, cookie jar or microwaving.

At work, at your desk or in the field, when you just want something.

This can give you a new understanding.
How you use food to mask, your souls' journey.

Keep a journal for a day, then a week, then two, then three and see what's feelings are being hidden with food.

Skinny Body Soon Gets Doctors Approval

Doctor Approvals

A distributor who recently joined has extremely high blood pressure and asthma.
He took his skinny fiber pills and ingredient information to his doctor for approval and his doctor told him to “go for it!”

My husband who takes several medications including blood pressure medication, due to chronic kidney disease and is a kidney transplant candidate) took the skinny fiber info to his doctor for approval.

Due to his kidney condition, the doctor wanted to personally research the ingredients himself to be certain that it would not be harmful to his condition.

The doctor’s office just called my hubby, and guess what? He told him it is safe for him to take!!!

Wow, now this is what I call a product that is truly safe for practically anyone to use!!

Feeling Great Down 5#

My stomach feels like I own it again.

It's been a month since I started Skinny Body.  I'm down 5# and my system is working much smoother.  I like how I'm feeling and love the fact it's easy.  I'm not experiencing the usual cravings.

I'm down 1" in the bust 1" in the waist 1/2" in the hips.  I'll measure my legs, arms and calves in a few more months.

Liking this because it is consistent.  Thinking about my next meal has taken a long vacation now and I'm loving that one.

Not to mention the fact I'm making money.
