I loved to eat, I was never full, I put on weight.
Every feeling I had, I dealt with it using food.
Happy, anxious, sad, pissed off, sharing with
others, it didn't matter, food was my drug
of choice.
I now feel fulfilled when I eat, first time in my whole life
I felt that way.
I no longer stuff my feelings down with food.
I still love food, I just don't need it to cope
Free at last from this addiction and feeling the joy of it.
